We opened The Local Grind because Gainesville deserved a coffee shop that actually cared — about the beans, about the community, about giving you a place to just sit and breathe.
Every roast is sourced directly from small farms. Every recipe is tested obsessively. And every person who walks through our door gets treated like a regular — even if it's their first time.
